Over recent years we have seen increasing levels of interest in our solutions from international organisations. Not only have they recognised the capabilities of frameworki to manage case files for a wide range of individuals creating fully featured personal records but have also seen that the user interfaces are so engaging that a wide range of professionals are attracted to fully utilise it as a key management tool.
Interest has been shown in frameworki from Scandinavia, North America, Australia and increasingly from central Europe and Corelogic has encouraged organisations to talk directly to our customers to learn about their user experiences.
In Denmark, a body from the government’s social welfare department visited the UK to see frameworki in action at one of our customers and we have been actively involved in providing feedback as they specifically the requirements for a countrywide case management system for child welfare.
In Luxembourg we have been selected as the provider of a brand new software system for child welfare case management and will be installing frameworki for a go live date at the start of 2011.
In Australia, Corelogic have provided frameworki to the Schizophrenia Fellowship of New South Wales (SFNSW) and they have been operating successfully since 1st December 2009.
In Gibraltar, Childline Gibraltar began using frameworki since May 2008. They commented that “using frameworki has enabled us to manage our increasing caseloads more efficiently and is helping us to focus on our role of providing a professional Helpline service.”
