The London Borough of Sutton has announced that it has selected Corelogic to provide the replacement solution for its Adults’ and Children’s social care requirements.  Sutton wanted a modern, innovative system to replace its current solution which is “costly and not fit for purpose”.  The Council was also looking to rationalise its existing plethora of IT systems and Corelogic’s solution, frameworki, fits that bill perfectly.  The Council’s current system also does not deal with finance billing and therefore an additional system was been required to fulfil this need.  By selecting Corelogic’s system, which includes totally integrated finance functionality, Sutton will enjoy a compelling cost saving versus the use of the two or more systems.

In awarding Corelogic the contract Sutton commented:

“We have learned important lessons from our previous social care system procurement and wanted a supplier that is tried and tested and has a large user base; a system that is modern, innovative and flexible and continually updated to meet future changes in need; a system that can easily be interfaced to external systems such as RIO (the system used by health trusts); and a supplier that will support and maintain the product effectively, adheres to all relevant standards and employs a robust implementation methodology with Prince 2 qualified staff.  Corelogic fulfils all of these requirements and more”.
