This is the Equal Opportunities Policy Statement of Corelogic Limited.

Corelogic Limited is fully committed to the active promotion of equal opportunities in its employment practises, in the work it undertakes and in the provision of all its services. Both in its capacity as an employer and a service provider, Corelogic Limited is determined to make all efforts to prevent discrimination against any of its existing staff, potential staff or users of its services.

Overall Aims

To ensure that no person receives less favourable treatment than another on the grounds of their age, belief, class, colour, culture, disability, ethnicity, sex, HIV status, marital status, nationality, race, religion or sexual orientation.

To monitor how effective services are at meeting the needs of a diverse community, to carry out reviews of our employment practises and procedures to identify potential areas of discrimination, and to analyse and act on the information produced by such monitoring to bring about change.

To examine the structure of the organisation and its decision making processes at all levels and introduce special measures to develop ways of combating discrimination within its own practises which directly or indirectly affects disadvantaged groups.

To promote awareness of and commitment to Equal Opportunities at all levels, and seek to ensure that structures, committees and working groups operate in accordance with these principals.

To ensure that all external activities reflect the organisation's commitment to Equal Opportunities.

To ensure that this policy is communicated to all main stakeholders.

Implementation

  • Communication to all employees through induction training, management training, team briefings, and display on notice boards
  • Policies, procedures and practices developed throughout the organisation to incorporate the company's commitment to equal opportunities
  • The provision of equality of opportunity to be monitored through the collection and analysis of statistical data
  • Progress on the implementation of this policy and action programmes to be reviewed annually in consultation with staff

Responsibility for implementation

The application of our policy is the responsibility of every Director and every member of staff. The Board will be responsible for the communication and general application of the policy throughout the organisation and for annually monitoring and evaluating its implementation.

This responsibility of the Board is specifically designated to the Company Secretary.
