Environment
Corelogic is committed to ensuring that its day-to-day business activities have a minimal impact on the environment. To this end we have undertaken to follow BS 8555, launched by the British Standards Institute with particular reference to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). The standard takes the form of guidance towards achieving ISO14001.
Our policy is to provide a safe and healthy work place that does not compromise the protection of the environment or the conservation of energy and natural resources. This provides the foundation for the following corporate policy objectives:

Provide a safe and healthy workplace and ensure that personnel are properly trained and have appropriate safety and emergency equipment

Ensure the responsible use of energy in our offices, including conserving energy, improving energy efficiency, and giving preference to renewable over non-renewable energy sources when feasible

Utilise processes that do not adversely affect the environment, including developing and improving operations and technologies and utilising electronic communications to minimise waste, prevent pollution, minimise health and safety risks and dispose of waste safely and responsibly

Participate in efforts to improve environmental protection and understanding around the company and share appropriate pollution prevention technology, knowledge and methods to home-based staff

Strive to continually improve our environmental management system and performance

Conduct audits and self-assessments of our compliance with this policy and measure progress of our environmental affairs performance

Develop processes that are safe, efficient in their use of energy, protective of the environment, and utilize materials that can be reused, recycled or disposed of safely

Meet or exceed all applicable government requirements and voluntary requirements to which we subscribe. Set and adhere to stringent requirements of our own

Be an environmentally responsible neighbour in the community where we operate, and act promptly and responsibly to correct incidents or conditions that endanger health, safety, or the environment. Report them to authorities promptly and inform affected parties as appropriate
Every employee on Corelogic's premises is expected to follow this policy and to report any environmental, health, or safety concern to the Health and Safety Officer
